I woke up at a little after 5 in the morning to thumping dance music being played outside. Look out the window and see a car in the cul de sac with the lights on. A few minutes later, a neighbor walks out of his house to ask the driver to turn the music down. She refuses, calls him “Billy Bob,” and adjusts her car to shine the headlights directly into his house with the high beams on. She leaves a few minutes later after another neighbor gets in her car. This neighbor apparently had a very early doctor’s appointment on the other side of town. I have a feeling the Uber driver’s rating will slip a good bit.
